This place has tons of character. It's great for families and groups. There is a nice common area for hanging out and socializing. The kitchen and dining area are convenient and have good options for breakfast drinks and snacks.

Very clean & cute. The snacks are simple, but you can put what you like in the freezer & fridge. We stayed close to family and hiking. We will stay again.

Spent two days with my wife here and found it to be very relaxing, clean and comfortable.||Our host Kathy was very welcoming and informed us of places of interest in the locality. We will definitely reccomend the place and return when we go to southern Illinois and the Shawnee National Forest Park again.

In the Memories room upstairs. Nice, with lots of old pictures. Well-stocked kitchen for all times of the day. Toilet and shower on opposite ends of floor with sink in the room. All wood floors, lots of ephemera. Pleasant two night stay.

I visited this place when I was in town for a running race. It is a very quaint and quiet place in downtown Vienna, IL. Keep in mind that not every room has it's own shower. It didn't bother me at all, but I also wasn't traveling with my wife and kids. I would definitely return.

Beautiful inn. Easy to make reservation w a phone call. Rooms are cozy. A/C works well. Beds are clothed exceptionally. I mean hand-quilted covers, high quality cotton sheets, fluffy towels. I did not see a speck of dust dirt or hair anywhere. Plenty of snacks. I plan on returning again!!

Oh my! If you are ever in this area, you absolutely must stay at this historic beautifully decorated bed-and-breakfast inn. Kathy is an outstanding host, and every single need you may have for comfort and hospitality has been provided. Each room is fantastically decorated with its own theme. Upstairs and downstairs I found myself looking around not wanting to miss a single detail. It is absolutely a wonderful, clean, friendly, peaceful place to stay. I will definitely be back and look forward to it!
